Applied Clinical Informatics Research Program

The program focuses on supporting and elevating clinical informatics practice through research translation, which is essential to fill the gaps between practice and research, and build a body of evidence for current and future clinical informatics practice.


  • direct task prioritization and roadmap creation for a clinical informatics strategic plan with short-term and long-term goals in the practice setting;
  • assist with the application of innovative measurement and trending informatics approaches to inform and improve clinical practice;
  • bridge the gap between research and practice to improve clinical practice.
