This talk, part of the Institute for Informatics (I2) Special Speaker Seminar Series, will feature Dr. Edward H. Shortliffe, Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Shortliffe is a pioneer in the use of artificial intelligence in medicine and is also regarded as a founder of the field of biomedical informatics.
