This talk, part of the Faculty Recruit Seminar Series, will feature Shamim Mollah, MA, PhD Candidate in the Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Graduate Program at the University of California San Diego. Her research is focused on applying network analysis based models on multi-omics data using dynamic modeling, graph-theory algorithms and machine-learning techniques to characterize drug responses in cancer cells.
